Il 25 Maggio alla MGM Grand Garden Arena Paradise di Las Vegas, si sono svolti gli American Music Awards 2026.
Questo evento, giunto alla 52esima edizione, è considerato uno dei tre principali eventi statunitensi dedicati ai premi musicali, insieme ai Billboard Music Awards ed ai Grammy Awards. A trionfare sono stati i BTS, Bruno Mars, Cardi B, Huntrix, Katseye, Sombr e Sabrina Carpenter che hanno portato a casa 3 premi a testa. L’artista con più nominations è stata Taylor Swift che ne aveva ricevute 8. Dopo l’edizione del 2022, gli AMA hanno avuto 2 anni di pausa, nel 2023 e nel 2024, per poi riprendere nel 2025. A presentare l’evento è stata Queen Latifah.
