Supreme ha collaborato con UNDERCOVER per questa collezione.
UNDERCOVER è stato fondato nel 1990 da Jun Takahashi mentre studiava alla Bunka Academy of Fashion. La prima collezione del brand è stata presentata nel 1994 durante la Tokyo Fashion Week.
La collezione con Supreme è composta da: Wool Overcoat, Reversible MA-1, Coaches Jacket, Wool/Cashmere Sweater, Work Pants, Hooded Sweatshirt, Zip Up Sweat, Sweatpants, Long Sleeve T-Shirt, T-Shirt, Pouch e Medicom Gilapple Light.
