Biografia: i Neptunes sono un gruppo di produttori formato da Chad Hugo e Pharrell Williams. Hanno iniziato sotto Teddy Riley (produttore/cantante del noto gruppo R&B Balckstreet) come ghostproducers e ghostwriters. E' di Pharrell infatti il testo della hit dei Wreckx-n-Effect "Rump Shaker". Oltre che come produttori, i Neptunes sono noti come parte del progetto N.E.R.D. (isieme a Shay) e come C.E.O. della Star Trak Entertainment (etichetta che ha lanciato Kelis e che al momento ha fra le sue fila artisti come The Clipse, Robin Thicke e Kenna). Hanno prodotto per: Madonna, Jay Z, Britney Spears, Nas, Justin Timberlake, Busta Rhymes, Diddy e moltissimi altri.
